A downloadable tool for Windows
A simple tile visualization program.
It has 3 layers on which you can draw with tiles.
You can create new tiles and delete them.
You can also choose the texture and tint of each tile.
Controls:
LMB - place tile
RMB - remove tile
MMB - select the laid tile
MMB + drag - move
scroll + CTRL - zoom in/out
The currently selected tile is displayed in the upper left corner.
In the upper right corner is the "options" button.
